Magical Hogwarts has several themes (page designs) to choose from. The following screenshots will illustrate how you get to the page at which you can pick your preferred theme. Just click the links that are marked in pink colour.

There are situations when you want / have to change the name of your work in progress. In such a case you don't need to create a new account but can simply change the display name as it is shown in the following two screenshots.

When you have changed your display name you have to scroll down a little and click the "Change profile" button to save the changes you made.

When you've got one or more personal messages that shows like you can see in the screenshot below. Simply clicking the button will lead you directly to your inbox.

The next screenshots show you how to include an avatar and a signature respectively. Follow the links marked in pink and add your link in the green framed fields as shown in the screenshots.

In this post you'll learn the following:
  • How do I set text bold, put it in italics or underline passages?
  • How can I centre text?
  • Can I change the font size and colour? How does that work?
  • How can I post a link without showing the link address but replacing it with a text?
  • I would like to include a picture in a post. How can I do that?
  • How can I mark a text as quote?
The screenshot below shows a message field on Magical Hogwarts. As you can see some of the buttons on top of the white field are marked in pink and have got a number. In the white field you can see the code in use while in the second screenshot you can see a preview of how the message would look once it is posted. Please note that the second picture is a screenshot as well and that, therefore, the link is not clickable.

When inserting a quote you can also use the "quote" button on top of each post or, when you are already on the "post message"  page you can see all previously posted messages on the bottom and there, too, you can get the possibilty to "insert [a] quote".
